ANNOUNCEMENT: SCHEDULE OF ACTIVITIES FOR SCHOOL YEAR 2026–2027

In accordance with the Department of Education’s directives on school readiness, enrollment procedures, and the opening of classes for School Year 2026–2027, Candelaria National High School hereby announces the following schedule of activities for the information and guidance of all learners, parents, guardians, and stakeholders.

Please take note of the following important dates, enrollment requirements, and related activities:

KEY DATES TO REMEMBER

• June 1–5, 2026: Enrollment Period
• June 1–5, 2026: Brigada Eskwela
• June 1–11, 2026: Oplan Balik Eskwela
• June 2–5, 2026: Reading and Numeracy Test (For incoming Grade 7 learners only)
• June 8, 2026: START OF TERM 1 / CLASS OPENING

ENROLLMENT REQUIREMENTS

To ensure an orderly and efficient enrollment process, all enrollees are advised to prepare and submit the following documentary requirements according to their respective categories:

For Incoming Grade 7, Grade 11, Transferees, & Balik-Aral Learners:

• Basic Education Enrollment Form
• Photocopy of PSA Birth Certificate
• School Form 9 (Progress Report Card)

For Grades 8, 9, 10, and 12 Continuing Learners:

• Accomplished Confirmation Slip
• School Form 9 (Progress Report Card)

BRIGADA ESKWELA AND OPLAN BALIK ESKWELA

Parents, guardians, alumni, volunteers, and community stakeholders are encouraged to actively participate in Brigada Eskwela on June 1–5, 2026, in support of the school’s preparation for the opening of classes and in promoting a safe, clean, and learner-friendly environment.

For inquiries, concerns, and other enrollment-related assistance, the Oplan Balik Eskwela Help Desk will be available from June 1–11, 2026.
