Lo and behold! As we welcomed the month of September, we are honored to celebrate the momentous day of the man who governs our beloved municipality, Mayor Roberto "Nonong" Palomar. This month holds a special place in each of our hearts—an end to the river you once crossed and the beginning of a journey towards the sea of life.
