On 07 June 2026, the PTS-CAS NSTP-ROTC Unit successfully conducted its Opening Ceremony and Course Orientation at the PTS College Advanced Studies.
Activities commenced at 0600H with calisthenics participated in by cadets and training staff, reinforcing physical fitness, discipline, and unit cohesion as foundational elements of military training.
At 0800H, the Opening Ceremony formally began, graced by distinguished guests and school officials whose presence signified strong institutional support for the NSTP-ROTC program. Present during the ceremony were Dr. Laurence Gatawa, PTS-CAS President; Hon. Roderick Atienza, City Councilor and Guest of Honor and Speaker (GOHAS); Mr. Edwin Barbudo, School Administrator of Beatitudes Technological and Theological College; LTC WILFREDO T GAYLA GSC PA (RES), Commandant; and Dr. Jun Michael Pague, NSTP-ROTC Coordinator.
Messages delivered during the program emphasized discipline, leadership, patriotism, integrity, and service. Core values that guide cadets in their development as responsible citizen soldiers.
Following the ceremony, LTC WILFREDO T GAYLA GSC PA (RES) conducted the Course Orientation, discussing program policies, training expectations, and cadet responsibilities for the training year.
The activity concluded with a boodle fight, fostering camaraderie, unity, and esprit de corps among cadets, training staff, and guests in celebration of a successful opening of the training year.
The PTS-CAS NSTP-ROTC Unit extends its sincere appreciation to all guests, officials, Training Staff, and cadets for their active participation and support.

ANNOUNCEMENT | PTS-CAS – NSTP ROTC Unit
ATTENTION!
All ROTC Enrolled Cadets, Training Staff, Cadet Officers and Volunteer ROTC Graduates are hereby directed to prepare for the Orientation and Rehearsal on 13 June 2026, 0700H, at the PTS-CAS Grounds.
Important Reminders:
• Attendance is mandatory. No absences shall be permitted without valid justification.
• All required documents must be complete and submitted upon reporting.
• Full payment shall be settled in advance.
• Cadets shall bring their breakfast (banana, egg, rice) and one (1) tumbler of water.
• All concerned cadets and personnel shall report in athletic attire for morning calisthenics prior to changing into their prescribed uniforms.
Attire:
• ENROLLED CADETS: Type C- White Shirt and Maong Pants (Jeans)
• TRAINING STAFF / Volunteer ROTC Graduates: PhilArPat
Strict compliance with prescribed attire, grooming standards, and uniform regulations is required. All required items shall be brought complete upon reporting.
This training is not merely an activity but a commitment to discipline, readiness, and service.
All concerned cadets shall report as scheduled.

COL BEATISULA Inspires Cadets at PTS ROTC Unit
DASMARIÑAS, Cavite – COL ROBERTO Q BEATISULA INF JR (GSC) PA, Provincial Task Force-Cavite Commander and distinguished infantry officer, served as Guest of Honor and Speaker at the PTS College and Advanced Studies ROTC Unit, Dasmarinas, Cavite, on 14 March 2026. Hosted by Presbyterian Theological Seminary (PTS) - Philippines, COL BEATISULA shared his experiences and insights, inspiring cadets to strive for excellence. He recounted his journey to success, offering valuable lessons and motivation, and shed light on the Provincial Task Force-Cavite's objectives and functions, highlighting its commitment to community service and security. The event equipped cadets with the necessary knowledge, skills, and values to excel, leaving a lasting impact on the young minds 💪.
