Tournament Rules and Regulations

1. The tournament shall be governed by the
FIDE Laws of Chess and the following ground rules:
2. It shall be played as an individual competition.
3. It is an open tournament eligible for all players.
4. The Swiss System for individual (7 rounds) shall be adopted.
5. The Swiss Manager Pairing Program shall be used. Pairing according to starting rank.
Notes: Protest in pairing shall not be entertained. Arbiters decision during the tournament is final and irrevocable.
6. Time Control is 10+5 starting from the first move
