📢 INVITATION TO A TREE GROWING INITIATIVE

The Sangguniang Kabataan of Brgy. Libas is warmly invited to take part in a meaningful Tree Growing Activity, spearheaded through the collaborative efforts of the Libas 4-H Club Organization and the School Governance Council (SGC) of Libas Elementary School.

This initiative not only aims to contribute to a greener and healthier environment, but also serves as a symbol of our shared commitment to community development, environmental protection, and youth empowerment.

Through this activity, we are excited to formally initiate a lasting partnership between the 4-H Club and the SGC with hopes of creating more youth-led programs that promote sustainability, civic involvement, and educational development.

🌱 Let us work hand-in-hand in planting not just trees—but hope, responsibility, and unity for the generations to come.

𝙇𝙊𝙊𝙆 | Approval of the Sangguniang Kabataan Resolution no. 02, series of 2025, recognizing the 4-H Club - Brgy. Libas as an official youth organization in the barangay.

Officially Recognized. Purposefully United. 🍀

Today marks a meaningful milestone—our 4-H Club in Barangay Libas is now officially recognized by the Sangguniang Kabataan.

💬 As 4-H President Jossel V. Barbosa said during the session:

Her words remind us that 4-H is not just a club, but a movement—a living proof that when young people are given the right support, they become catalysts of change in their homes, schools, and communities.

With our Head, Heart, Hands, and Health, we pledge to continue leading through action, promoting agricultural awareness, and building an inclusive, inspired, and empowered youth community.
