Please claim your unclaimed yearbook on or before September 30, 2026 at the Cashierโ€™s Office, Monday to Saturday, 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.

๐Ÿ“Œ For those who are unable to personally claim their yearbook, an authorized representative may claim it on their behalf.

Please present the following requirements:

* An Authorization Letter signed by the yearbook owner;

Please note: TES grantees who graduated during AY 2025โ€“2026 are not included, as their remaining TES grants will be claimed through the school.

Attached link below is the tracking mechanism to properly monitor the status of account opening, specifically identifying:

Grantees who have successfully opened their accounts,
Grantees who have not yet complied with the requirements,
Grantees who already have an existing Landbank account.

Please type your name ASAP if you already have an approved application, a pending application, an existing Landbank account, or if your application is still being processed. We will forward our reports to CHED-UNIFAST.

Your cooperation is highly appreciated. All grantees are expected to have an account as soon as possible.
