Human Resource Management students enrolled in HRP 324 – Recruitment and Selection successfully completed their 8-hour immersion during the 2026 Asenso Tangub, Misamis Occidental Job Fair and One-Stop Shop Services held at the People’s Gymnasium, Tangub City.

Through this meaningful experience, students gained firsthand exposure to recruitment processes, applicant screening, job matching, and employment facilitation—bridging classroom theories with real-world HR practices.

Thank you to PESO Tangub City and all partners who made this valuable industry immersion possible. Together, we continue to prepare future HR professionals for the challenges and opportunities of the workforce.

Prof. Ocat-Beloy is an accomplished academic, researcher, and mentor with extensive experience in business education, financial management, and regional economic research. She serves as Program Head under the Institute of Business and Financial Services, where she leads curriculum development, faculty mentoring, and student research initiatives, ensuring academic rigor and professional preparedness.

She holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA), a Master of Public Administration (MPA), and the professional designation of Certified Financial Management Specialist (CFMS), reflecting a strong foundation in both practical and theoretical aspects of business and financial management.

Her academic contributions focus on regional economic dynamics, where she acts as a research adviser for studies exploring local consumer satisfaction, courier delivery services, and sensory marketing. Beyond research, she is a sought-after guest speaker and resource person, sharing insights across multidisciplinary platforms and inspiring the next generation of business professionals through her personal and professional journey.
