OFFICIAL STATEMENT

To all TES and TDP Grantees of NMSCST

We want to inform all our valued beneficiaries of the Tertiary Education Subsidy (TES) and Tulong Dunong Program (TDP) that the release of grants covering Second Semester AY 2024–2025, First Semester AY 2025–2026, and Second Semester AY 2025–2026 remains pending due to the unavailability of fund allocation for the said programs.

Since last year, no funds have been downloaded or released to our institution’s official bank account for the implementation of TES and TDP. Despite our ongoing coordination, follow-ups, and requests for updates from the CHED-UniFAST, we have not yet received an official schedule for the release of funds.

Please be assured that our office regularly communicates with the concerned agencies and closely monitors all updates regarding the status of the funding. However, the processing and release of grants are dependent on the availability and download of funds from the appropriate government authorities.

We understand the importance of these financial assistance programs and the inconvenience that this delay may cause. We sincerely appreciate your patience, understanding, and continued cooperation while we await the release of funds.

Rest assured that once funds are made available and official instructions are received, our office will immediately inform all concerned grantees through our official communication channels.

The following students are requested to claim their grants on or before August 27, 2026 at Scholarship Office, located at the 2nd floor. Admin Bldg., Northwestern Mindanao State College of Science and Technology. Unclaimed grants after the said date are subject to return to the CHED Central Office.

To claim your grant, kindly comply with the following requirements:

• Open a LandBank account and submit a photocopy of your account details
• Photocopy of Student ID or any signature-bearing Government ID with three (3) live signatures below
• Blue ballpen

All qualified applicants are required to undergo the College Assessment for their respective programs.

Schedule for College Assessment: 𝗝𝘂𝗻𝗲 𝟭𝟱–𝟮𝟱, 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲 (excluding Fridays) at the respective colleges of your qualified programs.

𝐈𝐦𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐭𝐚𝐧𝐭 𝐑𝐞𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐝𝐞𝐫𝐬:
Failure to complete the College Assessment within the specified dates shall result in the forfeiture of your slot in the program to which you qualified.

Please bring the following requirements to the College Dean/Program Heads during the College Assessment:

1. Two (2) pieces 2x2 formal ID pictures with white background
2. Form 138 (High School Card)
3. Form 137
4. Certificate of Good Moral Character issued by the previous school
5. PSA Birth Certificate (Original and Photocopy)
6. Medical Certificate (if applicable)
7. Long Brown Envelope

1. Two (2) pieces 2x2 formal ID pictures with white background
2. Transcript of Records / Informative Copy of Grades
3. Honorable Dismissal
4. Certificate of Good Moral Character issued by the previous school
5. PSA Birth Certificate (Original and Photocopy)
6. Medical Certificate (if applicable)
7. Long Brown Envelope
