Lubos na ipinagmamalaki at binabati ng Kolehiyo ng Edukasyon (COE) si Dr. Fe Sharon C. Tubal sa kanyang natatanging pagkilala sa larangan ng panitikan!
Ginarantiyahan si Dr. Tubal ng prestihiyosong Gawad Tugatog ng Panulaan - Selyo ng Kahusayan sa Pagkatha ng Tula sa nakaraang 2nd Gawad Pamana ng Pluma International na ginanap noong Mayo 31, 2026, sa Lungsod ng Baguio.
Ang parangal na ito ay hindi lamang patunay ng kanyang pambihirang talento sa paghabi ng mga salita, kundi isang malaking ambag sa pagpapanatili at pagpapayaman ng sining at panitikang Pilipino.
