​The official list of students qualified to enroll in our undergraduate education programs is posted below, along with the required documents, enrollment schedule, and step-by-step procedure. Please read the instructions carefully.

​If your name is included in the attached lists for Bachelor in Elementary Education, Bachelor of Secondary Education Major in Mathematics, or Bachelor of Secondary Education Major in Science, you have successfully passed the assessment and are officially qualified to enroll!

​STEP 1: Proceed to the College of Education Office for checking of required documents, issuance of COR and TRF, issuance of prospectus (for notarization), and a short retention policy orientation.

The Commission on Higher Education (CHED) has formally approved and certified the conversion of Northwestern Mindanao State College of Science and Technology (NMSCST) into the 𝐔𝐧𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐨𝐟 𝐍𝐨𝐫𝐭𝐡𝐰𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐧 𝐌𝐢𝐧𝐝𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐨 (𝐔𝐍𝐌) Pursuant to Republic Act No. 11186.

This significant milestone marks a new chapter in the institution’s journey, reinforcing its commitment to academic excellence, innovation, and meaningful service to communities across Northwestern Mindanao.

Lubos na ipinagmamalaki at binabati ng Kolehiyo ng Edukasyon (COE) si Dr. Fe Sharon C. Tubal sa kanyang natatanging pagkilala sa larangan ng panitikan!

Ginarantiyahan si Dr. Tubal ng prestihiyosong Gawad Tugatog ng Panulaan - Selyo ng Kahusayan sa Pagkatha ng Tula sa nakaraang 2nd Gawad Pamana ng Pluma International na ginanap noong Mayo 31, 2026, sa Lungsod ng Baguio.

Ang parangal na ito ay hindi lamang patunay ng kanyang pambihirang talento sa paghabi ng mga salita, kundi isang malaking ambag sa pagpapanatili at pagpapayaman ng sining at panitikang Pilipino.

Ang tagumpay ni Dr. Tubal ay tagumpay ng buong komunidad ng COE. Ipinapakita nito na ang ating mga g**o ay hindi lamang humuhubog ng kaisipan, kundi nag-aambag din sa kultura at sining ng ating lahi.
