The 𝐁𝐚𝐜𝐡𝐞𝐥𝐨𝐫 𝐨𝐟 𝐒𝐜𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐢𝐧 𝐎𝐟𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐞 𝐀𝐝𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 (𝐁𝐒𝐎𝐀) 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐠𝐫𝐚𝐦, through the 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐮𝐧𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐀𝐜𝐚𝐝𝐞𝐦𝐢𝐜 𝐄𝐱𝐭𝐞𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐒𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐢𝐜𝐞𝐬 (𝐂𝐀𝐄𝐒), conducted a 𝙎𝙚𝙢𝙞𝙣𝙖𝙧-𝙒𝙤𝙧𝙠𝙨𝙝𝙤𝙥 𝙤𝙣 𝙋𝙪𝙗𝙡𝙞𝙘 𝙍𝙚𝙡𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣𝙨 on April 6, 2026, at the TCGC Student Lounge.

The initiative brought together 𝟓𝟓 𝐁𝐚𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐚𝐲 𝐒𝐞𝐜𝐫𝐞𝐭𝐚𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐬 𝐟𝐫𝐨𝐦 𝐓𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐮𝐛 𝐂𝐢𝐭𝐲, underscoring the program’s commitment to strengthening grassroots governance through capacity-building. The activity focused on equipping participants with essential knowledge and practical skills in communication, public engagement, and information management. These competencies are vital in fostering transparency, enhancing public trust, and ensuring that local government units are able to respond effectively to the needs of their constituents.

The seminar-workshop was led by 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐜𝐞 𝐒𝐩𝐞𝐚𝐤𝐞𝐫 𝐉𝐚𝐬𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐞 𝐎. 𝐁𝐞𝐥𝐨𝐲, 𝐌𝐁𝐀, 𝐌𝐏𝐀, 𝐂𝐅𝐌𝐒, who provided in-depth discussions and practical insights on the role of public relations in public service. Her session emphasized the importance of clear communication, professionalism, and strategic engagement in maintaining strong relationships between local officials and the communities they serve.

The program was organized under the leadership of𝐂𝐀𝐄𝐒 𝐂𝐨𝐨𝐫𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐭𝐨𝐫 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐟. 𝐀𝐫𝐥𝐲𝐧 𝐕. 𝐌𝐨𝐫𝐚𝐥𝐞𝐬, 𝐌𝐁𝐀, 𝐋𝐏𝐓, with the assistance of the 𝐀𝐬𝐬𝐨𝐜𝐢𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐨𝐟 𝐘𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐠 𝐎𝐟𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐞 𝐀𝐝𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐨𝐫𝐬 (𝐀𝐘𝐎𝐀).
