Paul Vincent Salinas Malhin ❤️❤️❤️

This is Mr. Paul Vincent S. Malhin, a BSED-Bio. Sci. graduate of NMSCST batch 2018. Paul graduated Cum Laude in the College and was a recipient of Manny Villar Leadership Award. During his time as a student, he served the college by representing the entire studentry in the NMSCST’s Board of Trustees as President of the Supreme Student Council. He may be known to be a person with disabilty, but it never made him a hindrance to pursue his studies and indeed channelled a good leadership skills and an effective role-model to his constituents (co-students). To date, Paul is very much active as a government employee as the head of the Provincial Office of the Person with Disabilities (PDAO). A man with encompassing fighting spirit and a truely humble leader. Mr. Paul Vincent S. Malhin..

The pandemic has stopped the world and scare us night and day but the love of God to humanity overflows and continues.

Though we do not see and feel the Christmas like we used to celebrate with friends and family, may we still find our hearts rejoicing because Christmas signifies the birth of Jesus who have come to the world to save us. His birth gives us all hope to experience love and goodness.
