GADTC Research, Extension and Development Office, in partnership with the Local Government Unit of Tangub City, successfully conducted the Launching and the 1st session of the Seminar-Workshop on "Empowering Barangay Treasurers on Accounting, Budgeting, and Annual Investment Plan Capabilities: Crash Course" last September 1, 2021, at GADTC 3rd Floor Function Hall. Knowledgeable speakers from LGU Tangub and the Institute of Business and Financial Services of GADTC were invited to share their expertise about the topics.
The said activity was graced with the presence of the Provincial Governor of Misamis Occidental, Gov. Philip T. Tan, Tangub City Mayor, Dr. Jennifer Wee-Tan, and GADTC College President, Dr. Maricelle M. Nueva.

August 4, 2021 I Day 1 of the Barangay Treasurers' Pre-Assessment
In preparation for the Crash Course Seminar on Basic Accounting and Budgeting to be conducted by Gov. Alfonso D. Tan College, with the Local Government Unit of Tangub, the GADTC REDO personnel conducted a pre-assessment to the 55 Barangay Treasurers of Tangub who are the target participants of the seminar. The result of this pre-assessment will serve as the basis on what are the things to be addressed and included during the crash course seminar.
