STCTI COMMEMORATES MENTAL HEALTH WEEK WITH HOPE AND RESILIENCE

The STCTI community came together to celebrate Mental Health Week with the theme, “Hope in the Midst of Chaos: Mental Health Awareness and PFA for Every Theresian.”
Through an inspiring session by Ms. Maria Satthia Q. Luna, CHRA, students were reminded of the importance of emotional resilience, spiritual grounding, and psychological first aid.

The celebration continued with a Mental Health Fair inspired by Finding Dory, featuring booths that encouraged creativity, mindfulness, and self-expression.

This meaningful event reaffirmed STCTI’s commitment to nurturing a community where mental health is valued and supported.
May every Theresian continue to “just keep swimming” with hope and courage.

August 4, 2025 - All college students are expected to report by 8:00 AM for the Flag Ceremony and Opening Declaration of Classes. Let us begin this academic year united in purpose, grounded in truth, and ready to grow.
