𝐁𝐚𝐭𝐜𝐡 𝐃𝐚𝐬𝐢𝐠 𝐢𝐬 𝐨𝐟𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐢𝐚𝐥𝐥𝐲 𝐡𝐞𝐫𝐞💜

On August 17, 2026, the NEMSU College of Law welcomed its students for the Student Orientation for Academic Year 2026–2027.

The program featured inspiring messages and important reminders from our esteemed offices, valuable tips and insights from our Attorneys, and an engaging open forum where students’ questions were answered by our very own College Dean.

A special highlight of the event was the 𝐨𝐚𝐭𝐡-𝐭𝐚𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐨𝐟 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐧𝐞𝐰𝐥𝐲 𝐞𝐥𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐞𝐝 𝐋𝐚𝐰 𝐒𝐭𝐮𝐝𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐂𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐜𝐢𝐥 𝐨𝐟𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐞𝐫𝐬, as they formally accepted their responsibilities and commitment to serve the student body.

And, of course, the moment our freshmen had been waiting for—the 𝐨𝐟𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐢𝐚𝐥 𝐮𝐧𝐯𝐞𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐨𝐟 𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐢𝐫 𝐛𝐚𝐭𝐜𝐡 𝐧𝐚𝐦𝐞: 𝘽𝙖𝙩𝙘𝙝 𝘿𝙖𝙨𝙞𝙜! 🎉

While we still have two days before the real battle begins, it’s time to 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝗱𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗵𝗲𝗮𝗿𝘁, 𝘀𝗼𝘂𝗹, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗱 for what awaits: case digests piling up, codals covered in annotations, readings that somehow multiply overnight, and, of course, the ever-iconic 𝙤𝙣𝙚-𝙤𝙣-𝙤𝙣𝙚 𝙨𝙩𝙖𝙣𝙙𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙧𝙚𝙘𝙞𝙩𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣 🥹

Our Bar candidates spent the morning in an engaging mentoring session with the Dean, exchanging ideas, asking questions, and receiving invaluable guidance drawn from years of legal practice and academic leadership. More than a review, the session became a space for reflection, encouragement, and strategic preparation as they continue to face one of the most significant milestones in their legal careers.

With renewed perspective and greater determination, our future lawyers move one step closer to the Bar—equipped not only with knowledge, but also with the confidence to persevere.
