The NEMSU Debate Guild is a campus organization that seeks to promote the debate culture in the main campus of North Eastern Mindanao State University. We are aiming to develop students' critical thinking and public speaking skills on competitive grounds. This organization represents NEMSU-Tandag in the Philippine Debate Union, the association of debate organizations in the Philippines. It also re

presents the University in various debate tournaments across the country. The Guild has been under the supervision of the Supreme Student Government (SSG) and is currently working on institutionalization under the office of the director of students' services. Prime Minister - Jericka Soria

After a hard-fought series of preliminary rounds, ๐™‰๐™€๐™ˆ๐™Ž๐™ ๐˜พ has emerged as the ๐Ÿฏ๐—ฟ๐—ฑ ๐—ฅ๐˜‚๐—ป๐—ป๐—ฒ๐—ฟ-๐˜‚๐—ฝ, finishing as the th Breaking Team with 3 wins in the Preliminary Rounds. More impressively, ๐™‰๐™€๐™ˆ๐™Ž๐™ ๐˜พ stands as the ONLY Surigao-based campus to reach the Semi-Finals, competing against powerhouse teams from Butuan-based campuses. ๐Ÿ’ฅ
