Itโs an honor to be part of the Carnival family as a student. The program was challenging at first, but adopting a โbeginnerโs mindsetโ, where I accepted that I knew nothing, allowed me to absorb so much more. By staying trainable, respectful, and humble, Iโve discovered and developed skills I never knew I had.
This culinary program has been an incredible opportunity to build not only professional expertise in the kitchen, but also strong intrapersonal and interpersonal abilities. Working alongside people from diverse cultures has made the experience even more rewarding. Iโve had the chance to explore different cuisines and travel to various countries, which has taught me the true value of adaptability, teamwork, and global understanding in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
