CPR in Pectus Excavatum;
-Heart may be shifted to the left
- Higher risk of ineffective compressions and injury

CPR modifications?
-Use gentler compressions with a depth of 3-4 cm which is shallower than usual.
- hand placement- lower half of the sternum with a bit of adjustment.

If with Nuss bar? - more force to compress properly. Be careful with mechanical CPR devices, it can increase risk of organ damage.
