The “Project Speak Up Box” is an anti-bullying initiative of the Supreme Elementary Learner Government (SELG) and Supreme Secondary Learner Government (SSLG) of Ulango Integrated School. Guided by the theme, "Your Voice Matters. We Are Here to Listen.”, the project provides learners with a safe, secure, and confidential way to report incidents of bullying, harassment, discrimination, abuse, violence, and other school-related concerns that may affect their well-being.

To make the reporting process accessible, “Speak Up Boxes” are installed on the first floor of the Elementary Building and the Junior High School Building. Students may obtain a report form, write the details of the incident, and choose whether to include their personal information or remain anonymous before dropping the report into the Speak Up Box. All reports will be handled with respect, confidentiality, and care by the designated school personnel, who will review each concern and take appropriate action.

The campaign also reminds learners to be honest and truthful in their reports and not to use the Speak Up Box for jokes, false reports, or unrelated concerns. Every report is valued and treated with the utmost confidentiality.

How to Fill Out the Project Speak Up Box Report Form?

1. Get a Report Form
Take a report form from the designated area beside the “Speak Up Box”.

2. Write What Happened
Briefly describe the incident.

Example:
“A student was being called hurtful names during recess."

3. Write the Details
Include:

Date: July 14, 2026
Time: 9:30 AM
Place: Hallway

4. List the Person/s Involved (If Known)

5. Write Your Name (Optional)
You may write your name if you want the school to contact you, or leave it blank to stay anonymous.

6. Fold and Drop the Form
Place your completed report inside the “Project Speak Up Box”.

Remember:
✔ Be honest and truthful.
✔ False reports and jokes are not allowed.
✔ Every report is confidential and will be acted upon appropriately.

Today, we commemorate the 10th anniversary of the 2016 Arbitral Award—a historic milestone that affirmed the Philippines' maritime rights through international law, peaceful diplomacy, and the principles of the United Nations Convention on the Law of the Sea (UNCLOS). This victory reflects our nation's commitment to protecting our sovereignty, preserving our marine resources, and securing a better future for every Filipino.

In solidarity with this significant occasion, Ulango Integrated School proudly participated in the simultaneous flag-raising ceremony, standing united in promoting patriotism, national pride, and our shared responsibility to safeguard our country's heritage.
