Make sure that the email address you use in TCC ehub can receive emails, is not full, and is correct. We have noticed that some email addresses cannot receive our messages, which may result in miscommunication and misunderstanding.

Step by Step:

1. ๐‹๐จ๐  ๐ข๐ง to your ๐“๐‚๐‚ ๐’๐ญ๐ฎ๐๐ž๐ง๐ญ ๐„-๐‡๐ฎ๐› ๐š๐œ๐œ๐จ๐ฎ๐ง๐ญ

2. Go To "๐Œ๐ฒ ๐€๐œ๐œ๐จ๐ฎ๐ง๐ญ" - set your ๐ซ๐ž๐œ๐จ๐ฏ๐ž๐ซ๐ฒ ๐ž๐ฆ๐š๐ข๐ฅ ๐š๐๐๐ซ๐ž๐ฌ๐ฌ
(Note: Make sure that the email address to be set is ๐—”๐—–๐—ง๐—œ๐—ฉ๐—˜ and ready to ๐—”๐—–๐—–๐—˜๐—ฆ๐—ฆ. Reset Password will be sent to the registered recovery email address)

3. Once set, click ๐—จ๐—ฃ๐——๐—”๐—ง๐—˜

4. In case your account has been ๐—ฑ๐—ฒ๐—ฎ๐—ฐ๐˜๐—ถ๐˜ƒ๐—ฎ๐˜๐—ฒ๐—ฑ or ๐—น๐—ผ๐—ฐ๐—ธ๐—ฒ๐—ฑ due to multiple log-in attempts, directly ๐—บ๐—ฒ๐˜€๐˜€๐—ฎ๐—ด๐—ฒ the ๐—ข๐—ณ๐—ณ๐—ถ๐—ฐ๐—ฒ ๐—ผ๐—ณ ๐˜๐—ต๐—ฒ ๐—ฅ๐—ฒ๐—ด๐—ถ๐˜€๐˜๐—ฟ๐—ฎ๐—ฟ to update your student information. Make sure that you have already created an ACTIVE and ready to ACCESS recovery email address for updating in TCC E-hub.
