Kindly set your RECOVERY EMAIL, to activate the forget/reset password feature of your account in TCC eHub. This is to secure a fast retrival of your account when needed.

Make sure that the email address you use in TCC ehub can receive emails, is not full, and is correct. We have noticed that some email addresses cannot receive our messages, which may result in miscommunication and misunderstanding.

This is important to ensure continued access to your student account.

Step by Step:

1. 𝐋𝐨𝐠 𝐢𝐧 to your 𝐓𝐂𝐂 𝐒𝐭𝐮𝐝𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐄-𝐇𝐮𝐛 𝐚𝐜𝐜𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐭

2. Go To "𝐌𝐲 𝐀𝐜𝐜𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐭" - set your 𝐫𝐞𝐜𝐨𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐲 𝐞𝐦𝐚𝐢𝐥 𝐚𝐝𝐝𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐬
(Note: Make sure that the email address to be set is 𝗔𝗖𝗧𝗜𝗩𝗘 and ready to 𝗔𝗖𝗖𝗘𝗦𝗦. Reset Password will be sent to the registered recovery email address)

3. Once set, click 𝗨𝗣𝗗𝗔𝗧𝗘

4. In case your account has been 𝗱𝗲𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗱 or 𝗹𝗼𝗰𝗸𝗲𝗱 due to multiple log-in attempts, directly 𝗺𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗮𝗴𝗲 the 𝗢𝗳𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗥𝗲𝗴𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗿 to update your student information. Make sure that you have already created an ACTIVE and ready to ACCESS recovery email address for updating in TCC E-hub.

The TCC e-Hub will be INACCESSABLE from Saturday (August 2, 2025) at 7:00 PM till Sunday (August 3, 2025) at 11:59 PM; this is to upgrade our system.
