Every conversation has the power to bring hope.

As we observe Su***de Prevention Day, let us check in with one another, listen without judgment, and offer support to those who may be struggling in silence.

Through The Power of Being Heard: Encouraging Care, Connection, and Well-Being, we encourage every student to reach out, speak up, and remember that seeking help is a sign of strength, not weakness.
