𝗕𝘂𝗶𝗹𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗺𝘂𝗻𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗧𝗵𝗿𝗼𝘂𝗴𝗵 𝗦𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗶𝗰𝗲

Our 𝗔𝗹𝘂𝗺𝗻𝗶 𝗦𝗰𝗵𝗼𝗹𝗮𝗿𝘀 actively participated in the LCCT Intramurals “𝗦𝗜𝗞𝗟𝗔𝗕𝗔𝗡 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲” by assisting our Lower School students throughout the activities. Their involvement goes beyond academics—it is a meaningful opportunity to serve, lead, and give back to the school community.

We are proud to see our scholars embody the spirit of service, responsibility, teamwork, and community involvement. Through simple acts of assistance, they are becoming role models to our younger students and living out the true spirit of being an OLFA/LCCT Alumni scholar.

𝗢𝗟𝗙𝗔/𝗟𝗖𝗖𝗧 𝗔𝗟𝗨𝗠𝗡𝗜 𝗖𝗔𝗥𝗗 𝗔𝗣𝗣𝗟𝗜𝗖𝗔𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡 𝗣𝗥𝗢𝗖𝗘𝗦𝗦

STEP 1 — Accomplish Online Alumni Card Application Form
Accomplish through this link https://forms.gle/2yZFP1XURtroxqDG8 and provide the required information.

STEP 2 — SUBMIT REQUIREMENTS
Upload a valid ID and your recent 1x1 ID photo through the online form.

STEP 3 — RECORD VERIFICATION
The Alumni Office verifies your alumni records and may contact you if additional information is needed.

STEP 4 — PAYMENT
Pay the applicable Alumni Card fee PHP 300 through bank transfer

STEP 5 — CARD PROCESSING
Once your records and payment are confirmed, your Alumni Card will be processed and your information will be updated in the Alumni Database.

STEP 6 — WAIT FOR NOTIFICATION
You will be notified once your Alumni Card is ready for release.

STEP 7 — CLAIM YOUR CARD
Visit the school only when notified, present a valid ID, sign the release log, and claim your Alumni Card.
