‎On 16 0630H August 2026, In the morning, NST ROTC cadets conducted a reveille for physical conditioning, to start the day's activity.
‎
‎Afterwards, C/2Lt Marjorette Tolentino 2CL and C/2Lt Ralph Christian Capuno 2CL discussed the importance of 3 Drugs Education. C/2Lt Jhon Pouli Gardiola 2CL, C/2Lt Bryan Parco 2CL and C/2Lt Mike Dion Eguia 2CL dicussed the Military Justice System. Lastly, C/Cpt Brylan H Hernandez 1CL discussed the importance of Military Leadership. He emphasized that military leadership is vital because it directly determines mission success, troop survival, and operational effectiveness under extreme pressure.

‎Furthermore, Cadets performed basic drills and familiarization of basic commands.
‎
‎The said third training day was attended by the following training staff; MAJ MARIA LOURDES E RANARIO (AGS) PA. Participated by four (4) MS-41 and fiftheen 15 MS-31 with a total strength of nineteen 19 cadet officers and a total strength of thirty-six 36 cadets, consist of twenty-seven 27 male and nine 9 female.

‎On 02 0700H August 2026, In the morning, NST ROTC cadets conducted a morning flag ceremony to start the day's activity.
‎
‎Afterwards, MAJ MARIA LOURDES E RANARIO (AGS) PA conducted a lecture about Principle of War, and C/Cpt Rico Lenard Arias 1CL conducted a lecture about 7 Threats to National Security, and cadets take their quizzes to their previous subjects.
‎
‎Furthermore, Cadets performed basic drills and familiarization of basic commands.
‎
‎The said third training day was attended by the following training staff; MAJ MARIA LOURDES E RANARIO (AGS) PA. Participated by three (3) MS-41 and fourteen 14 MS-31 with a total strength of seventeen 17 cadet officers and a total strength of forty-four 44 cadets, consist of thirty-eight 38 male and six 6 female.

‎On 26 0700H July 2026, In the morning, NST ROTC cadets conducted a morning reveille to start the day's activity and for physical conditioning, to be led by C/2Lt Bryan C Parco 2CL. Afterwards, cadets proceed to their respective areas for polishing the area.

‎Furthermore, Cpl Nicholas B Billeza PA (Res) conducted a lecture about AFP History, Military Core Values and Military Courtesy.
‎
‎Lastly, Cadets performed phasing and familiarization of basic commands.
‎
‎The said second training day was attended by the following training staff; Cpl Nicholas B Billeza PA (Res). Participated by three (3) MS-41 and sixteen 16 MS-31 with a total strength of nineteen 19 cadet officers and a total strength of fifty-seven 57 cadets, consist of forty-six 46 male and eleven 11 female.

‎On 19 0700H July 2026, In the morning, NST ROTC Unit conducted a flag raising ceremony to start the training day. Afterwards, Cadet officers guide and teach the cadets to perform basic drills and familiarization of basic commands.
‎
‎Furthermore, Sgt Emmanuel G Geronimo PA (Res) conducted a lecture about AFP Code of Ethics and he emphasize the importance of this ethics, he explains that it serves as a guide for members of the Armed Forces of the Philippines to uphold integrity, discipline, loyalty, and professionalism in the performance of their duties.

‎Lastly, Cadets performed battalion formation for proper dismissal.
‎
‎The said first training day was attended by the following training staff; Sgt Emmanuel G Geronimo PA (Res). Participated by five (5) MS-41 and seventeen 17 MS-31 with a total strength of twenty-two 22 cadet officers and a total strength of fifty-one 51 cadets, consist of forty-two 42 male and nine 9 female.

LOOK | GRADUATION RITES - 15th TRAINING DAY

‎On 26 0800H April 2026, at Nova Schola Tanauan held their third Graduation Ceremony for Basic ROTC Cadets and Cadet Officer Candidate Course COCC for S.Y. 2025-2026 with the Key Note Speaker Dr. Ingrid Joy Q. Mendoza, School Administrator at Nova Schola Tanauan.
‎
‎The graduation rites marked the culmination of the cadets’ hard work, discipline, and dedication. It celebrated their achievements and recognized their readiness to take on greater responsibilities beyond training. The ceremony served as a symbol of their growth, perseverance, and commitment to service. It also strengthened their sense of pride and camaraderie, as they reflected on the challenges they overcame together. Most importantly, it signified a new beginning, where they are prepared to apply the values and skills they have learned in real-world situations.

‎The said graduation ceremony was attended by the following training staff; Sgt Norrell P Garcia Inf PA (Res), Cpl Nicolas B Billeza PA (Res), Cpl Emmanuel G Geronimo PA (Res) and Pvt Robert H Cudiamat (Inf) PA. Participated by seven (7) MS-41 and four (4) MS-31 with a total strength of eleven 11 Cadet Officers and a total strength of fifty-nine 59 cadets, consist of forty-six 46 male and thirteen 13 female.

IN PHOTOS | 14th TRAINING DAY

‎On 25 0700H April 2026, Nova Schola Tanauan Reserve Officer Training Corps Unit conducted their Field Training Exercise (FTX) with the supervision of Tactical NCO Sgt Norrell P Garcia Inf PA (Res), Cpl Nicolas B Billeza PA (Res), Cpl Emmanuel G Geronimo PA (Res) and Pvt Robert H Cudiamat (Inf) PA.
‎
‎The Field Training Exercise commenced at 0800H in Barangay Balele, Tanauan City, Batangas. During the FTX, Cadets carried out Immediate Action Drills, River Crossing, and Ambush operations. COCC officers assumed the role of Squad Leaders, allowing them to develop their leadership abilities and apply the principle of maintaining stability under pressure.
‎
‎This Field training exercises are essential for ROTC cadets because they provide hands-on experience in realistic scenarios, helping bridge the gap between theoretical knowledge and practical application. These activities enhance teamwork, discipline, and decision-making skills, especially in high-stress environments. Moreover, they build confidence and resilience, preparing cadets to respond effectively and responsibly in real-life situations.

‎The said 14th training day was attended by the following training staff; Sgt Norrell P Garcia Inf PA (Res), Cpl Nicolas B Billeza PA (Res), Cpl Emmanuel G Geronimo PA (Res) and Pvt Robert H Cudiamat (Inf) PA.
