Clean Coasts, Bright Future! 🌎💙

With the full support of our Principal, Richard Laurente, the Tanauan NHS Sentinel Scouts took action for the environment by joining the International Coastal Clean-Up Day on September 19, 2026, at the coastal area of Brgy. Sto. Niño, Tanauan, Leyte. From 5:30 AM to 8:00 AM, our dedicated Scouts demonstrated the spirit of service and responsibility by helping keep our shores clean and safe.

Tanauan National High School proudly celebrates a historic milestone following the recent Board of Review (BOR) held at the Boy Scouts of the Philippines – Leyte Council. Erick Miel Vega was recognized as the first-ever Eagle Scout of TNHS, marking a significant achievement in the school’s Scouting history. Alongside this accomplishment, Myesha Jane Q. Tangpuz and Elmer L. Rael successfully earned the rank of Venturer Scout. Their dedication, leadership, and commitment to the ideals of Scouting serve as an inspiration to the entire TNHS community and future generations of Scouts. We also extend our utmost gratitude to our Secondary School Principal IV, Sir Richard Laurente , for his unwavering support and guidance in fostering leadership and excellence among our Scouts.
