Give your child opportunities to learn, communicate, connect, and grow through fun and meaningful group activities! 🌈💛

Our Enrich Program, facilitated by Registered Speech-Language Pathologists and a Licensed SPED Teacher, is designed to support children in developing:

- Expressive, receptive & pragmatic language
- Social interaction, teamwork & turn-taking
- Academic & school-readiness skills
- Attention, following directions & task completion
- Self-regulation & functional independence
- Confidence and functional communication for everyday participation

Through structured, interactive, and age-appropriate activities, children get to practice skills with peers and apply them in real-life situations.

If you are organized, detail-oriented, people-oriented, and ready to be part of a team that supports children and their families, we’d love to hear from you!

📌 Qualifications include:
• College graduate
• At least 6 months–1 year experience in office administration, clinic/healthcare front desk, or customer service/reception work
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of MS Office, Google Workspace, email handling, and online scheduling tools
• Good communication skills in English and Filipino
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
• Willing to learn clinic procedures and policies

D**k for a Difference 2026

A little throwback to August 1, when we came together for a day of fun, friendship, and a purpose that goes beyond the game.

Our heartfelt THANK YOU to everyone who made D**k for a Difference possible—our generous sponsors, partners, organizers, volunteers, and most especially, our amazing participants! Your support, time, energy, and generosity helped make this fundraising tournament a meaningful success.

Every game, every rally, and every contribution brought us closer to our goal of helping children in need of therapy services.

We’d also like to share an update: the process of selecting the beneficiaries of the funds raised is currently ongoing. We are carefully reviewing and identifying children who will benefit from the therapy assistance. We’ll be sharing more updates once the process is finalized.

Occupational Therapy (OT) helps children develop the skills they need to participate more independently and successfully in everyday activities—at home, in school, and during play.

Through fun, meaningful, and play-based activities, OT may support children in developing:

Attention, focus & cognitive skills
Fine motor skills – grasping, writing, cutting, manipulating objects
Gross motor skills & coordination
Balance, body awareness & motor planning
Self-care & daily living skills – dressing, feeding, toileting, grooming
Sensory processing & regulation
School-readiness skills – sitting, following routines, handwriting, and classroom participation
Play & social participation
Strength, endurance & functional independence

OT is individualized based on each child’s strengths, needs, interests, and goals, making therapy both purposeful and engaging.

A Meaningful Day of Learning & Growth 💙

Yesterday was a meaningful day for the Early Start Therapy Center (ESTC) team as we welcomed the Professional Regulatory Board of Speech-Language Pathology (PRB-SLP) and the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) for the Inspection and Monitoring of our Speech-Language Pathology services.

We were honored to have with us Hon. Ma. Rowena A. Ynion, PRB-SLP Member, together with Ms. Debbie Ramos, PRC Representative. Our Center Director, Carmela C. Go, RSLP, was also present and joined the team throughout the visit.

The inspection provided an opportunity to review our professional practice, personnel qualifications and responsibilities, facilities and equipment, and the overall delivery of our Speech-Language Pathology services in accordance with professional, ethical, and technical standards.

For us at ESTC, this was more than an assessment. It was a valuable opportunity to pause, reflect, listen, and learn—and to identify ways we can continue strengthening our practices and raising the quality of care we provide to our clients and families.

We sincerely thank the PRB-SLP and PRC for their time, guidance, and commitment to upholding and strengthening the practice of Speech-Language Pathology in the Philippines.

A meaningful milestone for ESTC, and a reminder that growth comes from being willing to learn and continuously improve.

A day of learning, reflection, and growth for the Early Start Therapy Center team.

Today, we were honored to welcome the Professional Regulatory Board of Occupational Therapy (PRB-OT) for the Inspection and Monitoring of our Occupational Therapy services.

We are grateful to have been visited by Hon. Sally Jane Uy, PRB-OT Chairperson; Hon. Kristine Ann M. Carandang, PRB-OT Member; and Ms. Ciara Day A. Ruiz, PRC Representative. Our Center Director, Teacher Carmela, also joined the team throughout this important visit.

The inspection and monitoring aimed to assess our compliance with the professional, ethical, and technical standards of Occupational Therapy practice, including the qualifications and roles of our OT personnel, our facilities and equipment, and the adequacy and quality of services we provide.

More than an assessment, we value this as an opportunity to reflect on our practices, learn from the guidance provided, and continuously improve in delivering safe, ethical, competent, and quality care to our learners and families.

Thank you, PRB-OT and PRC, for your time, guidance, and commitment to strengthening the practice of Occupational Therapy in the Philippines.
