In adherence to Memorandum Orders Nos. 883 and 884, dated October 28, 2025, issued by the Office of the JRMSU President, the University hereby declares a 𝗠𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗮𝗹 𝗛𝗲𝗮𝗹𝘁𝗵 𝗕𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗸 𝗼𝗻 𝗡𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗿 𝟯–𝟰, 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟱, to promote the overall well-being of students, faculty, and administrative staff.

𝗙𝗮𝗰𝘂𝗹𝘁𝘆 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗦𝘁𝘂𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀: There shall be no classes or academic deadlines during the said period. Faculty members are directed to adopt a Flexi-Place Work Arrangement to perform administrative and instructional tasks.

𝗔𝗱𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗦𝘁𝗮𝗳𝗳: Personnel are instructed to work remotely under the Flexi-Place Work Arrangement, ensuring the completion of assigned tasks, online attendance, and the timely submission of accomplishment reports.

𝗔𝗱𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗣𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗼𝗻𝗻𝗲𝗹 𝗻𝗼𝘁 𝗰𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗯𝘆 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗙𝗹𝗲𝘅𝗶-𝗪𝗼𝗿𝗸 𝗔𝗿𝗿𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁: Janitorial, maintenance, farm, and security staff, as well as drivers on official duty, shall continue to report onsite.

Through this celebration, we recognize not only the artistry and strength of our Indigenous communities but also the balance they uphold — between tradition and transformation, between gender and generation, between the past that grounds us and the future that calls us forward.

Join us at the JRMSU–TC Mini Gym as we honor their enduring legacy — a legacy that teaches us to see identity as something lived, shared, and deeply rooted in respect.

Note: The arrival time will be exactly 7:30 AM. Attendance will be checked after the Clean-Up Drive by our college governor and representatives. For those students who are having their morning practices and other academic-related activities, they will be excused. From 1:00 PM onwards, we will be holding our practice for the Academic Convocation with all students; prioritizing the attendance of first-year students is a must. The copies of the memorandums are already forwarded to your respective GCs.

The State Collegian is now inviting all interested students, whether from JRMSU-TC or outside the campus premises, to engage in the Campus Journalism Training-Workshop, happening every Friday from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM, to be held at the College of Liberal Arts, Mathematics, and Sciences (CLAMS) Conference Room.

The first session will begin on October 10, 2025, and will focus on the roles of a journalist and news writing.

With Prof. Herford Rei Guibangguibang, TSC Adviser, as the resource speaker, sharpen your pen and bring fresh ideas, enthusiasm, and curiosity. This might be the key to finding your voice.

This October, as we celebrate Indigenous Peoples’ Month, we are reminded that culture is not just history—it is heritage in motion.

The Indigenous communities of the Philippines continue to stand as guardians of tradition, protectors of ancestral lands, and bearers of timeless wisdom. Their stories, which are rich with resilience, artistry, and faith, call upon us to listen, to understand, and to preserve.

As we honor our Indigenous brothers and sisters, may we also listen to their languages, their art, and their unyielding spirit that reminds us of who we truly are—a people bound by culture, strengthened by diversity, and united in respect.
