To all our college students:
Today is Evaluation Day using our Torogan Portal by Iqra System.

🎓 Torogan Portal: Gabay sa Pag-Evaluate ng Instruktor

Mahalagang bahagi ng iyong pag-aaral sa Iqra Development Academy ang pagbibigay ng tapat na pagsusuri sa iyong mga g**o.

Sundin ang mga sumusunod na hakbang upang makapag-login at makapagsagot ng Faculty Evaluation form.

Hakbang 1: Mag-login sa Torogan Portal
Pumunta sa opisyal na link ng Torogan Portal gamit ang iyong mobile phone o computer.
* Sa Username box, i-type ang iyong kumpletong Student ID Number (halimbawa: 2026100087).
* Sa Password box, i-type ang iyong password.
* I-tap ang luntiang Secure Login ➔ button.

(Pansinin: Tiyaking tama ang pagkaka-type ng iyong ID number at password upang maiwasan ang login error).

Hakbang 2: I-set ang iyong Private Password (Para sa mga First-Time Users)
Kung ikaw ay unang beses pa lamang maglo-login, hihilingin ng sistema na palitan mo ang iyong default password para sa iyong seguridad.
* Sa New Private Password, mag-type ng bagong password na mayroon dapat na hindi bababa sa 6 na karakter.
* Sa Confirm Password, i-type itong muli upang makumpirma na tama ang iyong inilagay.
* I-tap ang Save Password & Continue.

Hakbang 3: Hanapin ang Asignaturang Susuriin sa iyong Dashboard
Pagkapasok sa Student Command Center (Dashboard), makikita mo ang iyong pangkalahatang impormasyon at mga marka.
* Mag-scroll pababa hanggang makita mo ang seksyong Current & Past Academic Records.
* Hanapin ang mga asignatura para sa kasalukuyang termino na may nakasulat na "In Progress" sa ilalim ng Grade column.
* I-tap ang dark green na Evaluate button sa tapat ng pangalan ng asignaturang nais mong suriin.

Hakbang 4: Sagutan ang Evaluation Form
Mabubuksan ang pahina para sa Faculty Teaching Performance Evaluation.
* Basahin ang Class Information sa itaas upang makumpirma na tama ang kurso (hal. ITE 11 - Networking 1) at ang pangalan ng Instructor na iyong susuriin.
* Gamitin ang nakapaskil na pamantayan sa pagmamarka (Legend):
* 5 - Excellent (Napakahusay)
* 4 - Very Good (Mahusay)
* 3 - Satisfactory (Kasiya-siya)
* 2 - Fair (Kailangan pang pagbutihin)
* 1 - Poor (Hindi Kasiya-siya)

Hakbang 5: Mag-iwan ng Komento at I-submit
* Sagutan ang lahat ng 12 katanungan sa pamamagitan ng pag-tap sa numerong tumutugma sa iyong karanasan sa klase.

* (Opsyonal) Sa ibabang bahagi, maaari kang magsulat sa Additional Comments box kung ano ang mga kalakasan ng g**o at kung ano ang maaari pa niyang mapabuti.

* Matapos masig**ong nasagutan ang lahat ng katanungan, i-tap ang Submit Evaluation button.

Makakatanggap ka ng "success" message na magbabalik sa iyo sa dashboard. Ang "Evaluate" button ng natapos na asignatura ay magiging kulay abo at magiging "✓ Evaluated" na. Maraming salamat sa iyong kooperasyon!

Alhamdulillah! By the grace of the Allah and the perseverance of our students, Iqra Development Academy achieved an overall passing rate of 61.11%. We extend our warmest congratulations to our 11 new Registered Social Workers, including the 8 who passed on their first attempt, giving us a 66.67% first-timer passing rate.
We view this milestone as a humbling reminder of our responsibility to Lanao del Sur. To our new RSW alumni: your success is a call to serve our people with compassion. We are simply honored to have been part of your journey. Mabruk!

CIVIC EDUCATION FOCUS: Ang "Closed List" System, Rule of Succession, at ang Liderato sa Islam

Bilang mga mag-aaral ng Iqra Development Academy at mga susunod na propesyonal ng ating komunidad, napakahalagang suriin natin ang mga napapanahong isyu gamit hindi lamang ang emosyon, kundi ang talas ng batas, agham pampulitika, at mga aral ng ating pananampalataya.

Gamitin nating case study ang umiikot na panawagan ngayon na isali si Abdullah "Kumander Bravo" G. Macapaar sa mga uupong Party Representatives ng UBJP.

LENTE NG BATAS: Pwede bang ibigay kay Bravo ang upuan kung may mag-resign?

Sa ilalim ng Bangsamoro Electoral Code, ang Party-List system ay isang "Closed List." Ang ranking na isinumite sa COMELEC bago ang eleksyon ay pinal at hindi na pwedeng baguhin pabalik-balik.

Isang malaking katanungan: Kung pormal na mag-resign ang isa sa Top 15 na nanalo galing sa UBJP, pwede ba itong ibigay nang direkta kay Kumander Bravo (Rank 22) para siya ang makaupo?

SAGOT: HINDI PO. Walang shortcut o transfer of seat sa batas.
Dito pumapasok ang Rule of Succession. Kung mabakante ang isang upuan, ang susunod na may awtomatikong karapatan dito ay si Nominee #16. Para umabot ang pwesto kay Nominee #22, kailangang pormal na mag-resign, umatras, o madi-disqualify ang pitong (7) nominado na nasa unahan niya sa linya.. Ganyan kahigpit ang batas para protektahan ang listahang iprinisinta sa taumbayan noong kampanya.

LENTE NG POLITICAL SCIENCE AT PAMAMAHALA
Sa aspeto ng Political Science at pamamahala, magandang suriin kung bakit ang isang beterano at tanyag na lider ay inilagay sa Rank 22, isang pwesto na mangangailangan ng napakalaking landslide victory para makapasok. Ano kaya ang mga estratehiya sa likod nito?

Strategic Sacrifice: Ito ba ay isang pagpapakumbaba upang magbigay-daan sa representasyon ng iba't ibang sektor, kababaihan, kabataan, at iba pang probinsya?

Internal Diplomacy: Isa ba itong hakbang ng diplomasya upang mapanatili ang pagkakaisa sa loob ng isang malaking samahan, kahit pa ang kapalit ay hindi pag-upo sa Parliament?

Isa ba itong "miscalculation" sa inaasahang bilang ng upuan ng partido?

Symbolic Endorsement: O marahil, ang presensya niya sa listahan ay hindi upang umupo, kundi upang ipakita sa taumbayan na siya ay nakatayo kasama ng partido? Ipinapakita nito ang tinatawag na "party discipline" kung saan ang kolektibong layunin ng organisasyon ay mas pinahahalagahan kaysa sa personal na posisyon.

O may iba pang malalim na political strategy at internal dynamics ng UBJP na tayong mga nasa labas ay hindi nakikita?

Higit pa sa pulitika, tingnan natin ito sa diwa ng ating pananampalataya. Ano ang Hikmah (nakatagong karunungan) sa likod ng pagtanggap sa isang pwesto na malayo sa kapangyarihan?
Balikan natin ang ginintuang pamantayan ng pamumuno noong panahon ni Propeta Muhammad (SAW) at ng mga Sahaba. Alalahanin natin ang tanyag na heneral na si Khalid ibn al-Walid (RA). Siya ay isang henyo sa militar na hindi kailanman natalo. Ngunit noong panahon ng pamumuno ni Caliph Umar ibn al-Khattab (RA), inalis si Khalid bilang Supreme Commander at ibinaba sa ranggo bilang isang ordinaryong sundalo.

Nag-rebelde ba si Khalid? Hindi. Buong-puso niya itong tinanggap, at sinabi niya: "Hindi ako nakikipaglaban para kay Umar, nakikipaglaban ako para kay Allah."

Ito ang tunay na diwa ng Tawadu' (pagpapakumbaba) at Ikhlas (dalisay na intensyon). Ang pagtanggap ni Kumander Bravo ng mas mababang pwesto sa listahan upang magbigay-daan sa mga sibilyan at bagong liderato ay sumasalamin sa ganitong uri ng sakripisyo. Sabi nga sa Qur'an, "Wallahu Ya'lamu wa Antum La Ta'lamun" (Allah knows, and you know not).

Ang tunay na pamumuno at paglilingkod ay wala sa pwesto o titulo sa Parliament. Naroon ito sa kahandaang isantabi ang sarili para sa mas malaking kabutihan ng Ummah.

SUBJECT: Shift to Full Asynchronous Modality and Schedule for Resumption of On-Site Classes

Please be guided by the following instructional and operational directives for this week:
* No Face-to-Face Classes: All on-site, in-person classes are suspended for the entire week.

* September 13–16, 2026 (Sunday–Thursday) — Full Asynchronous Modality:

Instruction shifts entirely to an asynchronous learning modality effective Sunday, September 13. Faculty members are directed to ensure that all relevant learning modules, lecture materials, and tasks are properly posted on the Learning Management System (LMS). Students are expected to access their course materials and complete required coursework independently.

* September 20, 2026 (Sunday) — Resumption of On-Site Classes:
Regular, in-person classes and standard on-campus administrative operations will officially resume on Sunday, September 20, 2026.

Directive to the Dean:
The Dean is directed to track and evaluate faculty and student participation on the platform throughout this period. A comprehensive activity report summarizing the login sessions, activity completion, and platform engagement of both teachers and students must be submitted directly to the Office of the President on Monday, Sep 21.
