GUIDELINES / MECHANICS
(Terms and Conditions)
• Qualifications:
• The candidate/s should be a bonafide student of Tampakan National High School.
• He / She must be single and without child/children.
• He / She have a pleasing personality and good moral character.
• Each year level must have 2 pairs (female and male) could represent for the said pageant.
• Se
lections:
• The candidates should undergo the screening as maybe required by the search for Mr. Tampakan National High School screening committee on January 25 Friday 2013 at School Gymnasium exactly 1pm.
• Only 2 pairs of each year will be selected. 8 females and 8 males
• Pictorials will be scheduled by the committee after the proclamation of the 16 candidates during the screening period.
• The candidates should signify, in writing his/her willingness to undergo rigorous training in preparation for the night of pageant.
• The candidates should be on time for the scheduled practices and observed, at all times, the highest ethical values required as the Ambassador/ Ambassadress of Goodwill for Tampakan National High School.
• The candidate’s parents/guardian should sign the terms’ and condition allowing his/her to participate in the “search”.
• Outfits
-TNHS 2013 GOES TO INTERNATIONAL WARDROBE-
Traditional Thailand Costume
The candidates must wear stylized outfit that represents the essence of Thailand costume during the production number. The designer is given the opportunity to express his/her design skill. It maybe modern traditional in concept and style but shall retain the essence or depiction of the Thailand culture and should allow the candidates to freely and comfortably move ease. Headdress and other appropriate Thailand props to be used. Only colour Gold, Green and Tribal accents to be used by the designer. It depends of the designer interpretation of the country but the colours and concept are same but different design. Lace, spangles, sequence, beads and patches are allowed to be add-on in costumes. Any violation mentions above automatically (5) points DEDUCTION in total score from each judges. Korean Shorts Apparel
The designer should choose freely his/her owned concept and style as long as it retains the Korean shorts fashion. Only RED and WHITE colours to be used. Mexican Casual Wear
For Female candidates-
-Only APPLE GREEN and FUSCHIA PINK colours to be used. For male candidates-
-Only APPLE GREEN and BLUE colours to be used. Ruffles, Lace, spangles, sequence, beads and patches are allowed to be add-on in costumes. Venetian Ball Gown/Tuxedo Wear
The designer should choose freely his/her owned design, concept and style. Formal hats and masquerade only props should be used. See the attached picture.
• General Guidelines:
The committee does not allow any tantrums of the candidates. Any disagreement should be aired to the Committee Chairman. The committee’s decision is final and executor. Only sworn complaint will be entertained by the committee. Pictorials will be scheduled on February 01, Friday 2013 in Tampakan National High School-Campus Grounds at 1pm. Scheduled of the practice will be post or text by the committee. During the rehearsals the Female candidate/s should bring and wear their respective heels, to enhance their mandatory pose, walking and could apply the techniques of different ramp. Only one (1) makeup artist and one (1) assistant per pair. (1 Female and 1 Male candidate). Cut-off time will be on February 19, Tuesday 2013 at 5pm. The other special awards will be chosen by the respective sponsors and Proprietor/Dealer of AVON, SKIN WHITE, UNO, AIM, NATASHA, COCA-COLA, INKMARK for Photogenic. The Artistic Director designated by the committee shall be in charged with Over-all Artistic Direction, Production, Music and Choreography for the entire pageant.
