Empowering our young learners to become responsible, informed, and confident individuals! 💜

On July 24, 2026, Cariaga Mercado Elementary School successfully hosted the Responsible Adolescent Campaign through the Responsible Adolescent Seminar (RAC-RAS) for our Grade 6 learners. This meaningful activity was made possible through the initiative of the Barangay Council of Kipalbig, led by its Gender and Development (GAD) Program, in partnership with the school.

The seminar provided valuable discussions on adolescent growth and development, self-awareness, personal hygiene, mental and emotional well-being, gender sensitivity, online safety, child protection, responsible decision-making, and other essential life skills. Through this collaborative effort, our learners were equipped with knowledge and values that will help them make informed choices and become responsible members of the community.

Our heartfelt gratitude to the Barangay Council of Kipalbig GAD, our resource speakers, school head sir Jan Mark M.
