Hey, future graduates of TUP Visayas. The big day is just around the corner, and we want it to be nothing short of unforgettable.
But before the spotlight hits the stage, it’s time to show up and prepare for that once-in-a-lifetime moment.

📌 MANDATORY GRADUATION PRACTICE
🗓 Date: June 23, 2025
🕘 Time: 9:00 AM and 2:00 PM
📍 Location: TUPV Gymnasium

IMPORTANT REMINDER:
Attendance is not optional. All graduating students are REQUIRED to attend both practice sessions.
Those who fail to show up WILL NOT BE ALLOWED to participate in the actual graduation ceremony.

‼️INSTRUCTIONS & REMINDERS:

📌 Parents/Guardians are invited but not required to attend both the Baccalaureate and Recognition Ceremony. They are welcome to witness and celebrate this special moment with you.

📌 Students with Non-Academic Awards are required to attend the Recognition Ceremony.

📌For students without awards, you may still join the event voluntarily. Your presence is welcome but not required.

📌 Baccalaureate attendance is NOT mandatory, especially for those who choose not to attend for religious or personal reasons.

We are pleased to inform you that the deadline for the payment of the graduation fee has been EXTENDED.

🗓 New Deadline:
June 15, 2025 (Saturday)

💸 Graduation Fee: ₱300
📌 Note: All payments should still be made through your respective class mayors. Do NOT proceed directly to the Registrar or Cashier.

This extension aims to accommodate those who were unable to settle their fees within the original schedule. Kindly coordinate with your class mayor and make sure to complete your payment on or before June 15 to be officially included in the graduation activities.

All payment steps are detailed in the form. Please read and follow them carefully to ensure your payment is recorded correctly.

4️⃣ For Midyear Graduates (1st Term AY 2024–2025)
This applies to those completing their studies in the 1st Term. Be sure your name is on the correct list and that you complete all necessary steps to be included in the graduation rites.
