DISTRIBUTION OF SCHOOL SUPPLIES ❗❗❗

Balas Elementary School extends its heartfelt gratitude to the Talisay Local Government Unit and to Hon. Nestor Cabrera for the generous distribution of school supplies under the leadership of Mayor Nestor D. Natanauan.
This meaningful initiative reflects the continuous support and commitment of the local government in promoting quality education and helping learners become more equipped and inspired for the school year ahead.

The faculty of Balas Elementary School actively gathered for the planning and preparation of the upcoming Brigada Eskwela, spearheaded by the dedicated School Principal, Dr. Jay-Ann Mendoza. Through teamwork, commitment, and shared vision, the school community continues to work hand in hand in creating a safe, clean, and learner-friendly environment for all pupils as they prepare for another meaningful school year.

The Faculty of Balas Elementary School successfully conducted a Focus Group Discussion (FGD) in which the activity served as a meaningful platform for sharing ideas, experiences, and recommendations regarding curriculum implementation, learners’ academic performance, classroom management, school programs, and other concerns affecting the teaching-learning process, with the goal of resolving important school issues and bolstering the institution's dedication to providing high-quality instruction.

Teachers also shared insightful ideas about curriculum implementation, pupils' academic performance, classroom management, and creative teaching techniques to improve student engagement and learning outcomes through group discussions.

Along with finding workable and long-lasting solutions, the faculty also addressed problems like learning gaps, attendance problems, and scarce resources. Plans to improve educational programs, increase parental involvement, and guarantee ongoing tracking of students' achievement were also highlighted.
This worthwhile exercise demonstrates Balas Elementary School's steadfast commitment to collaboration, honest communication, and ongoing development—all of which are focused on the overall development, prosperity, and well-being of each and every Balas ES pupil.

The faculty and staff of Balas Elementary School proudly unite in the conduct of the 2026 Gender and Development (GAD) in Bakasyunan, Tanay Rizal, wherein a meaningful initiative that strengthens awareness, inclusivity, and gender responsiveness within the school community are strengthens.

This activity serves as a vital avenue for educators and personnel to deepen their understanding of gender equality, women empowerment, child protection, and the importance of creating a safe and inclusive learning environment for all.

Through active participation in this training, the teaching and non-teaching personnel reaffirm their commitment to promoting fairness, respect, and equal opportunities regardless of gender.
