A circle of friends, young advocates, dog lovers, rescuers, educators of Responsible Pet Ownership/Animal Welfare, supporter of Island Rescue Organization, MICC, CBMSC, UDL, CNDL, MDW, CCC, GRC, and K9 Care Cebu.
