Categories A, B, C, and D applications shall be processed through the participating Senior High School (SHS), subject to screening, verification, and approval by the SHS School Committee.

Category E applicants (Non-ESC Private School Completers) must process their applications through the OVAP (Online Voucher Application Portal).
