This photos magnify the presence of the newly established Blue Economy Research Center of the Alejandro Melchor Jr Foundation in the Philippines.
The vision and mission of this center is embodied in the book published by MM program UP Manila entitled "A Treaties on Blue Economy for Island States of the 21st Century.
This book is authored by Dr. Ernie R. Gonzales who is now the Research Director of this Blue Economy Center. The four pillars of this program covered seafood, sea transport, sea minerals, and sea energy (i.e. Geothermal Energy, etc.)
Therefore, the photos presented here with are the project sites of the activities to be undertaken in this for key sectors of what Blue Economy is all about.
