1,849 LAPEL MICROPHONES SUCCESSFULLY DELIVERED TO TALISAY CITY SCHOOLS!

The Schools Division of Talisay City has successfully completed the delivery of 1,849 lapel microphones intended for every Talisaynon teacher across our schools.

The distribution, facilitated through the collaborative efforts of the Supply Unit and ICT Unit, was successfully completed on August 10, 2026, ensuring that the lapel microphones reached their respective schools for distribution to teacher-recipients.

This initiative provides our teachers with a practical instructional tool that helps improve voice clarity, reduce vocal strain, and support more effective classroom instruction.

A simple device, but a meaningful investment in our teachers and in the quality of learning we provide to every Talisaynon learner. 💙

WATCH | TURNOVER OF 1,849 LAPEL MICROPHONES TO SCHOOLS

The Schools Division of Talisay City conducted the ceremonial turnover of 1,849 lapel microphones to recipient schools, represented by their respective school heads and Public Schools District Supervisors (PSDSs).

The lapel microphones were funded through the Office of the President and procured by the Department of Education Central Office under the leadership of Education Secretary Sonny Angara .

This initiative aims to support clearer communication, more engaging classroom instruction, and the effective conduct of school programs, meetings, and other learning activities.

Following the ceremonial turnover, the SDO Talisay City ICT Unit will facilitate the delivery and distribution of the lapel microphones to the respective schools.

Through the leadership of Schools Division Superintendent Dr. Arden D. Monisit and Assistant Schools Division Superintendent Dr. Christine A. Paquibot, CESO VI, the Division continues to provide practical resources that empower teachers and strengthen the delivery of quality education.

Together, we continue to equip and support our teachers for the benefit of every Talisaynon learner.
