What: Last Day of Registration for DAYCARE Batch 2025-2026
Where: DAHLIA Child Development Center
Brgy. Poblacion 1, Talisay, Batangas
When: June 10, 2025 (Tuesday)
@ 9:00am to 12:00nn

Requirements for Registration:
• Photocopy of Birth Certificate
• Photocopy of Immunization Record o Talaan ng Bakuna ng bata.
• Cut off age: 4 years old on or before October 31,2025
• Birthdays between September 2020 to October 2021

Paunawa:
• Ipa-photocopy na po sana ang mga requirements bago pumunta sa CDC para magpalista.
Reminder:
• Bring LONG PLASTIC ENVELOPE
• Bring LONG GREEN EXPANDABLE FOLDER
• Enrollees will only be entertained in our CDC
