๐’๐Œ๐€, ๐†๐”๐ˆ๐๐ƒ๐”๐‹๐Œ๐€๐โ€” Excitement filled the SMA covered court as the three AR schools of BACS Cluster 5 opens the Cluster Meet through a lighting of torch on August 20, 2026.

With banners held high and school colors proudly displayed, the participating teams filled the venue with chants, cheers, and vibrant displays of school pride before proceeding to their respective venues for the dayโ€™s competitions.

As the torch continued to burn, the Cluster Meet officially set the stage for a day of determination, camaraderie, sportsmanship, and excellence. More than a battle for medals and victories, the event serves as a celebration of the talents and values shared by the AR communityโ€”proving that beyond competition, the spirit of unity remains the greatest victory.

๐†๐”๐ˆ๐๐ƒ๐”๐‹๐Œ๐€๐, ๐๐Ž๐‡๐Ž๐‹- Three Augustinian Recollect (AR) Schools gathered at Our Lady of Consolation Parish for the Eucharistic mass to open the Bohol Association of Catholic Schools (BACS) Cluster Meet 2026 with the theme, โ€œFlaming Hearts: One Spirit, One Goalโ€ hosted by Saint Mary Academy of Guindulman, Bohol Inc. held this August 20, 2026.

Emphasizing the true meaning of sportsmanship from the Holy Gospel, Rev. Fr. Teofilo Quilas lead the mass with inspiring words and bountiful wisdom.

After the mass, the participating schools all joined the parade of delegates. This was attended by athletes, coaches, and officials from the following AR schools: Blessed Trinity College- AR of Talibon, Bohol Inc., Colegio Dela Medalla Milagrosa, Jagna, Bohol, and Saint Mary Academy of Guindulman, Bohol, Inc.

The parade then ended at the SMA Covered Court where the opening ceremony will soon be held.

Day 3 โ€” On August 8, 2026, the final day of HIYAS 2026 continued with various sports and academic competitions across the campus.

Participants showed their skills, determination, and sportsmanship as they competed in their respective events, bringing excitement and energy to the last day of the intramurals. The day also featured an exhibition basketball game between BTC and the Alumni, adding another exciting matchup to the final day.

The day ended with the awarding ceremony at the Covered Court at 3:00 PM, where the top three finishers in the different events were recognized. This was followed by the announcement of the overall winners, with Demeter Harvesters (Grade 9) emerging as Champion in the Junior High School Category and Hermes Velocity (Grade 12) securing the championship title in the Senior High School Category.

With the announcement of this yearโ€™s overall winners, HIYAS 2026 officially came to a close, ending three days of competition, sportsmanship, camaraderie, and determination among Trinitarians.
