𝐓𝐇𝐄 𝐁𝐀𝐌𝐁𝐎𝐎 𝐂𝐀𝐑𝐕𝐄𝐒 𝐍𝐀𝐌𝐄 𝐈𝐍 𝐃𝐒𝐏𝐂 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟓

Six campus journalists from The Bamboo, Zosimo A. Gulle Memorial National High School official school paper publication, recently participated in the Division School Press Conference (DSPC) 2025 at Tagbilaran City, Bohol, on November 26-27.

The representatives included Mitch Allyson Jadormeo, Mae Grace Eballes, Jiggy James Auza, Rhona Jane Suello, Juliane Cutarra, and Andie Jhon Tampos, accompanied by their School Paper Adviser Dr. Anabelle V. Caysido, and assistant advisers Ms. Ivy L. Tabañag and Ms. Karel G. Gulle.

The team showcased their skills in various events, including sports writing, news writing, feature writing, science and technology writing, column writing, copy editing and headline writing, editorial cartooning, and photojournalism.

The Bamboo’s participation was highlighted when Rhona Jane Suello secured 8th place in the Copy Editing and Headline Writing – English category. Her achievement reflects not only her individual dedication and skill but also the collective effort of the team as they represented the school in various journalistic events. Above all, it reflects the unwavering support of Ma’am Barbara Comendador, school principal, who continues to inspire students to reach their best.
