Just visit the San Jose National High School Registrar's office for you to submit and fill out the registration form or you can also register online; just click the link provided. San Jose National High School enrollment will begin on June 9-11 and 13. We are accepting incoming Grade 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, and 12 students, as well as transferees, for the 2025-2026 school year.

Schedule: ALL GRADE LEVELS from June 9-11 and 13.

FOR TRANSFEREE & INCOMING GRADE 7

1. CLAIM A BRIGADA ESKWELA SLIP - Participate in school BRIGADA ESKWELA (whole morning)
2. ATTEND THE ORIENTATION- Attend orientation on school Rules and regulations with parents (from 1:30-2:30). Claim orientation slip afterwards
3. PROCEED TO THE GUIDANCE OFFICE FOR INTERVIEW - Assessment Interview with the Guidance Counselor.
4. SECURE ENROLLMENT FORM-Secure enrollment form from the enrolling officers and fill it out completely.
5. ATTEND A READING ASSESSMENT FOR INCOMING GRADE 7 STUDENTS AND TRANSFEREES ONLY- Students are required to read a short passage.

Old students are not required to submit documentary requirements. They only need to complete the online application form.

Students from special science classes are exempted from taking the entrance exam and interview. Failure to submit the form by the deadline will result in the forfeiture of their slot.

Students must:
