1. The 2-minute Rule⏱️: If a minor task (like replying to a groupmate or downloading a PDF) takes under two minutes, do it immediately.
2. Brain Dump 🧠 : Write down every single deadline on a calendar so it stops floating around in your brain causing anxiety.
3. Break it Down 🧩: A 10-page paper is just 10 single pages. Focus only on page one today.

All first-year students who have not yet submitted their Student's Pledge Form are requested to submit it to the TPC Guidance and Counseling Center. The Student's Pledge Form can be found on the last page of the Student Handbook.

Also, students who were unable to attend the Orientation Series and have not yet claimed their Student Handbook are requested to submit an explanation letter before claiming their handbook.

✨𝐀𝐧𝐧𝐮𝐚𝐥 𝐖𝐞𝐥𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐨𝐟 𝐒𝐭𝐮𝐝𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬 & 𝐎𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐒𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐬 𝐀.𝐘. 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔-𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟕— 𝐏𝐀𝐍𝐀𝐆𝐊𝐈𝐓𝐀𝐀𝐘 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔 officially welcomed freshmen, transferees and continuing students from every academic program of 𝐓𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐛𝐨𝐧 𝐏𝐨𝐥𝐲𝐭𝐞𝐜𝐡𝐧𝐢𝐜 𝐂𝐨𝐥𝐥𝐞𝐠𝐞.
