This meaningful initiative promotes road safety, learner protection, and public awareness, ensuring that our pupils begin the school year in a safe and secure environment.

📢 TAMBUNAN CENTRAL ELEMENTARY SCHOOL ADVISORY…🚨💡

In line with the Provincial Executive Order on Class Suspension and the official advisory of the Provincial Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office (PDRRMO) of Maguindanao del Sur, classes in Tambunan Central Elementary School are hereby suspended tomorrow, July 9, 2026 (Thursday), until further notice due to the continuous heavy rainfall brought about by the Southwest Monsoon (Habagat).

📚 While face-to-face classes are suspended, the school shall implement Alternative Delivery Mode (ADM). Parents and learners are encouraged to keep in touch with their respective Class Advisers through class group chats, Messenger, text messages, or any available communication platform for learning activities, assignments, and important updates.

🛑 Safety Reminders:
• Stay indoors and avoid unnecessary travel.
• Keep away from flooded areas, rivers, and landslide-prone places.
• Charge your mobile phones and prepare emergency essentials.
• Monitor only official announcements from PDRRMO, PAGASA, the LGU, MBHTE, and the official Tambunan CES page.

Pursuant to the Executive Order No. 022, series of 2026, classes in all levels, both public and private schools in the province of Maguindanao del Sur, are hereby suspended on Thursday, July 9, 2026, due to the continuous effects of the Southwest Monsoon (Habagat).

This measure is implemented to prioritize the safety and welfare of students, teachers, and school personnel amid the prevailing weather conditions.

Tambunan Central Elementary School proudly extends its sincerest appreciation and deepest gratitude to the Provincial Government of Maguindanao del Sur, under the visionary leadership of Governor Datu Ali B. Midtimbang, for bringing the GIVE-HEART Convergence Program to our school.

We are deeply honored and grateful to be the first recipient of the HEART Trash Bin, a significant initiative that promotes environmental responsibility and sustainable waste management among our learners. As part of this support, our school received four (4) color-coded trash bins for proper waste segregation, which will greatly help instill discipline and environmental consciousness within our school community.

Our heartfelt thanks also go to the Provincial General Services Office (PGSO) and the Provincial Ecological Solid Waste Management Board (PESWMB) for spearheading this meaningful program and for conducting the WAIS-BASURA Information, Education, and Communication (IEC) Session. Through this activity, our learners gained valuable knowledge on ecological solid waste management, proper waste segregation, and their role as stewards of the environment.

This remarkable support is more than just the provision of facilities—it is an investment in the future of our children and in the development of cleaner, healthier, and more sustainable communities.
