📢 SCHOOL ADVISORY | REINFORCEMENT OF AFTERNOON ALTERNATIVE DELIVERY MODE

In view of the prevailing extreme heat conditions and pursuant to Municipal Executive Order No. 26, Series of 2026, Del Monte Central Elementary School reinforces its previously issued advisory on the implementation of Alternative Delivery Mode (ADM) and Modular Distance Learning during afternoon classes from August 17, 2026 until further notice.

☀️ Morning classes will continue to be conducted face-to-face, while afternoon classes will shift to ADM/Modular Distance Learning.

📚 Learning modules and appropriate learning resources shall be made available to learners, with teachers continuing to provide necessary instructions, learning activities, feedback, and support through available communication channels.

👩‍🏫 Teachers and school personnel shall remain in school during the afternoon and continue performing their duties and other related school activities, while observing appropriate health and safety measures and utilizing well-ventilated areas whenever necessary.

❤️ This temporary arrangement is a precautionary measure to protect the health, safety, and well-being of our learners and personnel while ensuring learning continuity.

📌 The arrangement shall remain in effect until further notice, subject to prevailing heat conditions and subsequent directives or advisories from the Department of Education and other competent authorities.

📢 SCHOOL ADVISORY | EXTREME HEAT INDEX

To ensure the safety, health, and well-being of our learners and personnel, Del Monte Central Elementary School announces that beginning Friday, August 14, 2026, our class schedule will temporarily shift to an alternative learning arrangement:

🟢 MORNING – FACE-TO-FACE CLASSES
Learners will attend their regular face-to-face classes during the morning.

🟠 AFTERNOON – MODULAR DISTANCE LEARNING
Afternoon classes will shift to Modular Distance Learning. Learning modules will be distributed to learners after the morning class for their afternoon learning activities.

💧 We remind everyone to stay hydrated, take necessary precautions against extreme heat, and prioritize health and safety while continuing learning.

As part of our continuing commitment to protect the rights, dignity, and well-being of every learner, we share these important guidelines under DepEd Order No. 006, s. 2026 – Guidelines on Ensuring a Safe and Motivating Learning Environment.

The guidelines provide a clear framework for the classification of bullying and non-bullying-related offenses, corresponding administrative actions, and the observance of due process. They also emphasize that discipline must be corrective, developmental, and consistent with child protection principles.

Every incident should be addressed with fairness, confidentiality, appropriate intervention, and opportunities for learners to reflect, heal, and grow.
