The Diploma in Hotel and Restaurant Technology scholars were demonstrating the the various stocks, used in making Classic French Sauces other known as the 5 Mother Sauces. These sauces are bases for making various derivative sauces, example, most common are tomato sauce for pasta and gravy sauce of Jollibee and McDonalds.

We are grateful for the timely visit of the RVM sisters who will be assigned at St Mary’s College of Tagum, Inc.

The trainees of the Diploma in Hotel and Restaurant Technology are having their enhancement program on cookery. Today, they are on their knife skills demonstration of the different cuts and slices.

The Scholars under the TTSP or Tulong Trabaho Scholarship Program attended the Training Induction Program (TIP) through a Hybird modality. The said both online and face-to-face orientation was hosted by the TESDA Provincial Office of Davao del Norte through Google Meet (online) and others were present at the Marian Kubo, St. Mary's College of Tagum, Inc. on March 20, 2024.
