WEEKEND GANAP

The Diploma in Hotel and Restaurant Technology scholars were demonstrating the the various stocks, used in making Classic French Sauces other known as the 5 Mother Sauces. These sauces are bases for making various derivative sauces, example, most common are tomato sauce for pasta and gravy sauce of Jollibee and McDonalds.

We are grateful for the timely visit of the RVM sisters who will be assigned at St Mary’s College of Tagum, Inc.

The Scholars under the TTSP or Tulong Trabaho Scholarship Program attended the Training Induction Program (TIP) through a Hybird modality. The said both online and face-to-face orientation was hosted by the TESDA Provincial Office of Davao del Norte through Google Meet (online) and others were present at the Marian Kubo, St. Mary's College of Tagum, Inc. on March 20, 2024.

The scholars under the qualification/program of Diploma in Hotel and Restaurant Technology attended the required orientation under the Training Induction Program which was hosted by the TESDA Provincial Office of Davao del Norte on February 28, 2024, at 9:00 in the morning through Zoom.
