Visayan Village Central Elementary School proudly joins the opening program of the Tagum South Cluster Meet 2026, a celebration of sportsmanship, teamwork, discipline, and excellence among young athletes. With the theme, โ€œPlay with Heart, Compete with Pride, Win with Sportsmanship,โ€ the event brings together learners, coaches, teachers, and school leaders in the spirit of healthy competition and camaraderie. VVCES is honored to be part of this meaningful gathering and is ready to showcase the determination and talents of its athletes.

The opening of the games and the official declaration of the Cluster Meet 2026 was led by ๐ƒ๐ซ. ๐€๐ซ๐ฅ๐ž๐ง๐ž ๐‚. ๐๐š๐ฆ๐ข๐ญ๐š๐ฅ๐š๐ง, School Principal IV. Her leadership and support inspire everyone to embrace the true values of sports, discipline, respect, teamwork, and perseverance. Adding excitement and energy to the opening program, the ๐•๐•๐‚๐„๐’ ๐†๐จ๐ฅ๐๐ž๐ง ๐’๐ญ๐ข๐ง๐ ๐ž๐ซ๐ฌ gave a special performance that inspired and entertained the participants and guests.

Visayan Village Central Elementary School (VVCES), under the leadership of School Principal Maโ€™am Arlene C. Pamitalan and Assistant Principal Maโ€™am Cynthia G. Capala, continues to prioritize learner support and development through the distribution of essential teaching materials and sports equipment.

To support the implementation of the ARAL Program for FY 2026โ€“2027, ARAL teachers were provided with new printers, laminating machines, and printer inks for the development, reproduction, and distribution of learning materials.

In addition, printers, bond papers, and RISO inks were turned over to ensure the smooth printing and administration of crucial diagnostic assessments, including the Comprehensive Rapid Literacy Assessment (CRLA), Philippine Informal Reading Inventory (Phil-IRI), and Rapid Math Assessment (RMA).

Furthermore, through the School Operating Funds (MOOE), brand-new sports equipment was turned over to gear up our VVCES student-athletes as they prepare to compete and excel in the upcoming District Meet.

These initiatives reflect VVCESโ€™s unwavering commitment to academic recovery and athletic excellence.

Kenji Cibuco and Sunshine Edjea Gacayan, proud athletes from VVCES, have achieved an inspiring milestone by qualifying for the Batang Pinoy 2026 National Finals in Bacolod City. Their dedication, discipline, and love for badminton have brought them this well-deserved opportunity to represent not only their school but also their community.
