The Department of Business Administration Education – Department Student Government (DBAE–DSG) Elections for Academic Year 2026–2027 are officially here! 𝗙𝗶𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗼𝗳 𝗖𝗲𝗿𝘁𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗲𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝗖𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗶𝗱𝗮𝗰𝘆 runs from 𝗠𝗮𝘆 𝟴 𝘁𝗼 𝟮𝟮, and the 𝗠𝗲𝗲𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗱𝗲 𝗔𝘃𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 will be held on 𝗠𝗮𝘆 𝟮𝟱, 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲.

This election opens the door for DBAE students who are ready to lead with integrity, accountability, and dedication to student welfare. Leadership is not just about holding a position—it’s about serving with purpose and representing the voice of the DBAE community.

Some people lead effortlessly, and then there are people who lead while carrying the weight of their doubts, fears, and uncertainties; yet still choose to stand tall every single time. You are one of those people.

To many, you are seen as composed, capable, and strong. But those who have truly witnessed your journey know that your strength did not come easily. It was built through moments of overthinking, silent pressure, sleepless nights, and countless battles within yourself. And still, despite all of that, you continued to show up. You continued to lead. You continued to believe that you had something meaningful to offer, even during the moments when fear tried to convince you otherwise.

We have seen you question yourself, hesitate, and carry burdens quietly, but we have also seen you rise above them with grace. We have seen you face situations that intimidated you, responsibilities that challenged you, and expectations that could have easily overwhelmed you. Yet somehow, you always found the courage to move forward. Not because you were never afraid, but because you refused to let fear define who you are.

As an FM Representative, your leadership is not measured only by the things you accomplish, but by the resilience you embody. Your bravery lies in continuing despite uncertainties. Your strength lies in choosing to stand firm even when your confidence shakes. And that kind of courage inspires more people than you probably realize.
