Stay. Not because I’m asking, but because I’ve built quiet little places inside my days where only you fit. I’ve memorized the sound of your name the way a writer memorizes the shape of their favorite sentence—over and over, until the silence feels wrong without it.

Every moment you’re near feels like a page I never want to turn, a moment I want to reread endlessly. And when you’re far, even the air feels unfinished, like a song waiting for the chorus. I don’t know how to explain it without sounding fragile, but your absence feels like winter sneaking into spring—subtle but cold, like something blooming too soon.

So stay—not out of obligation, not because I need you to—but because the thought of continuing this life without your light in it feels like a story left mid-sentence, and I was never good at writing endings.
