Throughout the event, our student leaders took part in interactive activities and inspiring discussions that deepened their understanding of leadership, financial management, and parliamentary procedures. These sessions emphasized the importance of responsibility, accountability, effective communication, and teamwork in becoming capable and compassionate leaders.

As future midwives, we believe that leadership goes beyond holding a positionโ€”it is about serving with integrity, leading with empathy, and making a positive impact on our community. This experience has inspired us to continue growing as leaders who are committed to excellence and meaningful service.
