The second-year Hospitality Management students are immersed in W**e 101 and Fine Dining today, September 18, 2026, at Davao W**es, V. Mapa St., Davao City.

Through the activity, students gain firsthand experience in w**e appreciation and fine dining while applying proper dining etiquette, manners, personality, and professional conduct. They also observe the restaurant team’s communication, operations, and service practices, connecting classroom learning with real-world hospitality experiences.

𝚑𝚘𝚜𝚙𝚒𝚝𝚒𝚞𝚖 𝚎𝚜𝚝 𝚙𝚘𝚙𝚞𝚕𝚞𝚜

The Hospitality Management 2nd Year students will experience a 7-course Meal Fine Dining through Vinum & Virtue: The Art of W**e & Dine. The activity will assess their manners, grooming, personality, social etiquette, and dining etiquette under Personality Development, Social and Business Etiquette (HMPE6).

The activity will feature a learning session on w**e profiling and tasting, food and w**e pairing, and w**e service, supporting Fundamentals in Food Service (HPC2). Students will also experience professional w**e service by Davao W**es and evaluate the service using the SERVQUAL/DINESERV tool, aligned with Quality Service Management in Hospitality (THC4).

Through this integrated experience, the program continues to strengthen Outcomes-Based Education (OBE) by connecting classroom learning with authentic hospitality industry experiences.
