Day 4 of Kulay PACSA 2025 was a moment of pride and celebration as SCEB-COP delegates joined the awarding and closing ceremonies at Teachers Camp, Baguio City. The final day honored the dedication and achievements of Top 10 college campus advisers and recognizing the winners of the different competitions, both literary and musical. The closing ceremony is the result of creativity, collaboration, and excellence that shone throughout the convention.

The closing program was filled with gratitude and reflection, highlighting the unity and spirit of PACSA while inspiring participants to carry forward the lessons of leadership, inclusivity, and service. For SCEB-COP, it was not only a celebration of accomplishments but also a reaffirmation of its commitment to empowering students and strengthening its role in the national community of leaders.

On the third day of Kulay PACSA 2025, SCEB-COP delegates continued their active participation in sessions that emphasized teamwork, advocacy, and civic engagement.

Plenary Session 3, Learning to Collaborative Action, encouraged multidisciplinary teamwork, advocacy work, and solution-oriented dialogue. This was followed by Plenary Session 4, Amplifying Progressive Voices Yearning for Bayanihan Spirit, which championed student expression, empathy, and collective impact in nation-building.

Day 3 ultimately reinforced SCEB-COP’s dedication to inclusive leadership, highlighting its role in advancing meaningful student initiatives and contributing to a culture of collaboration, innovation, and shared responsibility across communities.

On November 27, 2025, the SCEB‑COP delegates took part in the productive second day of Kulay PACSA 2025 at Teachers Camp, Baguio City. The program featured a keynote address by Andrea Strachan, Director of Student Life and Deputy Director of Student and Academic Services at the University of Glasgow, Scotland, followed by plenary sessions on Key to Transformative Leadership and Unleashing Tech‑driven Mindsets. These sessions offered valuable insights on leadership rooted in integrity, inclusivity, and social responsibility, while also fostering a mindset that embraces innovation, adaptability, and continuous learning in the digital landscape.

Day 2 reaffirmed SCEB‑COP’s commitment to engaging in national conversations that strengthen student leadership and inspire forward‑looking initiatives for academic and organizational growth.

From November 26–29, 2025, SCEB-COP Moderator Raymond W. Dela Cuesta, LPT, MAEd, will represent the organization at Kulay PACSA 2025, organized by the Philippine Association of Campus Student Advisers (PACSA) Inc. at Teachers Camp, Baguio City.

He will be joined by General Secretary Erick James Sastrillas, Business Manager Cristian Jim Pogoy, and BS Criminology Representative Jaylord Manago, further demonstrating the organization’s commitment to student leadership, collaboration, and academic excellence.

Day 1 was already successful, as SCEB-COP’s active participation showcased its readiness to engage in meaningful dialogue and strengthened networks among campus leaders nationwide.

This involvement will underscore SCEB-COP’s role in national student initiatives, ensuring that its voice and vision continue to shape collaborative efforts for academic and organizational growth.

The 91st National Book Week celebration takes center stage tomorrow, November 21, 2025, at the M. Ignacia Gymnasium. Come celebrate the power of literature!

𝑮𝒐𝒐𝒅 𝒅𝒂𝒚, 𝑴𝒂𝒓𝒊𝒂𝒏𝒔!

As we begin 𝐈𝐧𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐦𝐮𝐫𝐚𝐥𝐬 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟓 with our school parade, all participating groups are advised to follow the official route shown in the map below. The parade will be led by the 𝐒𝐜𝐡𝐨𝐨𝐥 𝐌𝐚𝐫𝐜𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐁𝐚𝐧𝐝, followed by 𝐒𝐥𝐲𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐧, then 𝐆𝐫𝐲𝐟𝐟𝐢𝐧𝐝𝐨𝐫, 𝐇𝐮𝐟𝐟𝐥𝐞𝐩𝐮𝐟𝐟, and finally 𝐑𝐚𝐯𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐥𝐚𝐰.

Let us uphold discipline, energy, and Marian pride as we march forward together.
