𝑷𝑼𝑹𝑺𝑼𝑬 𝑨𝑵𝑫 𝑷𝑬𝑹𝑺𝑰𝑺𝑻 | 𝐀𝐎𝐏 𝐋𝐞𝐚𝐝𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐩 𝐓𝐫𝐚𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐒𝐞𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐫, 𝐎𝐚𝐭𝐡-𝐓𝐚𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐂𝐞𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐨𝐧𝐲 & 𝐓𝐞𝐚𝐦 𝐁𝐮𝐢𝐥𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐠

Newly elected 𝗔𝗿𝗰𝗵𝗼𝗻𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝗣𝘀𝘆𝗰𝗵𝗲 𝗢𝗳𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗲𝗿𝘀 for the Academic Year 2026-2027 successfully took part in the 𝗟𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽 𝗧𝗿𝗮𝗶𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗦𝗲𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗿, 𝗢𝗮𝘁𝗵-𝗧𝗮𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗖𝗲𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗼𝗻𝘆 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗧𝗲𝗮𝗺 𝗕𝘂𝗶𝗹𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴, marking the beginning of a new chapter of leadership, service, and unity in the TDCI Psychology Department.

During the Leadership Training Seminar, our speaker, 𝙈𝙧. 𝙅𝙟 𝙏𝙞𝙩𝙪𝙨 𝘼𝙜𝙪𝙞𝙡𝙖𝙧, shared meaningful lessons about leadership and the importance of continuing to move forward despite challenges. We were reminded to 𝙥𝙪𝙧𝙨𝙪𝙚 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙥𝙚𝙧𝙨𝙞𝙨𝙩—𝘵𝘰 𝘬𝘦𝘦𝘱 𝘨𝘰𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘢𝘧𝘵𝘦𝘳 𝘸𝘩𝘢𝘵 𝘸𝘦 𝘣𝘦𝘭𝘪𝘦𝘷𝘦 𝘪𝘯, 𝘳𝘦𝘮𝘢𝘪𝘯 𝘤𝘰𝘮𝘮𝘪𝘵𝘵𝘦𝘥 𝘵𝘰 𝘰𝘶𝘳 𝘨𝘰𝘢𝘭𝘴, 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘯𝘰𝘵 𝘦𝘢𝘴𝘪𝘭𝘺 𝘨𝘪𝘷𝘦 𝘶𝘱 𝘸𝘩𝘦𝘯 𝘵𝘩𝘪𝘯𝘨𝘴 𝘣𝘦𝘤𝘰𝘮𝘦 𝘥𝘪𝘧𝘧𝘪𝘤𝘶𝘭𝘵. His words reminded us that leadership is not always easy, but every challenge can become an opportunity to learn, grow, and become better leaders.

The 𝙊𝙖𝙩𝙝-𝙏𝙖𝙠𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝘾𝙚𝙧𝙚𝙢𝙤𝙣𝙮, led by our moderator, 𝙎𝙞𝙧 𝙂𝙞𝙙𝙚𝙤𝙣 𝘽𝙖𝙮𝙤𝙣𝙖, marked our formal commitment as the new officers of the organization. Through the oath, we promised to fulfill our responsibilities with dedication and to do our best in serving the students and contributing to the welfare of the Department.

Meanwhile, the 𝗧𝗲𝗮𝗺 𝗕𝘂𝗶𝗹𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 activities allowed us to step away from our individual roles and simply connect as one team. 𝐖𝐞 𝐛𝐮𝐢𝐥𝐭 𝐟𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐝𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐩𝐬, 𝐥𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐧𝐞𝐝 𝐦𝐨𝐫𝐞 𝐚𝐛𝐨𝐮𝐭 𝐞𝐚𝐜𝐡 𝐨𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐫, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐞𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞𝐝 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐢𝐦𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐭𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐨𝐟 𝐭𝐫𝐮𝐬𝐭, 𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐮𝐧𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧, 𝐜𝐨𝐨𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐮𝐧𝐢𝐭𝐲.

Those moments reminded us that we do not have to face our responsibilities alone because we have a team that can support and grow with us.

As we begin this new journey, 𝘸𝘦 𝘤𝘢𝘳𝘳𝘺 𝘸𝘪𝘵𝘩 𝘶𝘴 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘭𝘦𝘴𝘴𝘰𝘯𝘴 𝘧𝘳𝘰𝘮 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘴𝘦𝘮𝘪𝘯𝘢𝘳, 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘤𝘰𝘮𝘮𝘪𝘵𝘮𝘦𝘯𝘵 𝘧𝘳𝘰𝘮 𝘰𝘶𝘳 𝘰𝘢𝘵𝘩, 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘣𝘰𝘯𝘥 𝘸𝘦 𝘤𝘳𝘦𝘢𝘵𝘦𝘥 𝘵𝘩𝘳𝘰𝘶𝘨𝘩 𝘵𝘦𝘢𝘮 𝘣𝘶𝘪𝘭𝘥𝘪𝘯𝘨. There may be challenges along the way, but we choose to 𝙥𝙪𝙧𝙨𝙪𝙚 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙥𝙚𝙧𝙨𝙞𝙨𝙩, continue learning, and keep moving forward together.
