Last April 30, 2025, we opened the pages of history with pride as we held the 8th Senior High School Commencement Exercises and the 10th Moving-Up Ceremony—a celebration filled with heart, hope, and honor.

Inside the grand halls of the University of Mindanao Tagum College, cheers met the march of scholars, each step echoing the years of determination, late-night studies, group work struggles, tears of frustration, and moments of victory. The stage became a symbol, not just of achievement, but of every lesson learned, every teacher’s encouragement, every parent’s sacrifice, and every classmate’s friendship.

In the presence of esteemed guests, proud educators, supportive families, and glowing classmates, our graduates and completers stood tall, ready to embrace a world beyond the campus walls. Their names were called, not just as a rite of passage but as a proclamation of their growth, grit, and greatness.

Sa huling pagkakataon, tititig tayo sa pasilyong minsang naging tahanan ng ating mga pangarap.
Muling lalakad sa silid-aralang saksi sa ating pagkapuyat, pagtawa, at pagkatuto.
Isang araw na lang, at iiwan na natin ang mundong minsang naging kanlungan ng ating kabataan.
Bukas, magsasara ang pahina ng isang kabanata—hindi bilang wakas, kundi bilang simula ng bagong paglalakbay.

Tatlong araw na lang...
At ang mga pasilyo ng ating paaralan,
na minsang naging himlayan ng ating mga pangarap,
ay magiging gunita na lamang ng kahapon.

Tatlong araw na lang...
At ang bawat tawanan, iyakan, at bulong ng pag-asa,
ay ipagkakatiwala na natin sa hangin ng alaala.

Tatlong araw na lang...
At tayo'y lalakad, may kaba ngunit may tapang,
bitbit ang aral ng kahapon at ang pangarap ng bukas.

Hindi ito paalam—
Ito ay pagsalubong sa bagong umaga,
isang panibagong kabanata ng ating mga buhay.

Sa tatlong araw, magkikita tayo sa dulo ng pasilyo,
nang may ngiti, luha, at pusong may handang pakpak.

Sa araw na ito, ginugunita natin ang dakilang giting ng ating mga ninunong walang alinlangang inialay ang kanilang buhay sa dambana ng bayan.

Sa gitna ng lagablab ng digmaan, sila'y tumindig nang buong dangal—sa ngalan ng Inang Bayan, sa ngalan ng kalayaan. Ang kanilang dugo ang naging tinta ng ating kasaysayan, at ang kanilang tapang ay naging ilaw sa landas ng kabayanihan.

Ipagdiwang natin ang kanilang diwang di-kupas, at ialay ang panalangin sa mga bayani ng lahing kayumanggi.
